What should be checked before checkout?
Confirm the exact product and quantity, whether the price is per carton, current availability, delivery address, delivery charge and the final cart total. Use the ordering guide for the current steps.
Where does CigGuide deliver?
Delivery is available across Australia and normally takes 3–5 business days. An order can still be subject to payment, stock, address and adult age-verification checks.
Can an order be returned or exchanged?
An unopened carton may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if it remains sealed and in its original condition. Contact support before sending anything back.
What information should a support request include?
Provide the product URL, selected option, delivery location and exact cart or checkout message through support. Never send a password or full payment-card number.
